Monster Energy Review

         Today energy drinks were on my mind and so I will be reviewing www.monsterenergy.com. Monster energy drinks came about in 2002 and have become very successful throughout the coming years. They now have over 25 different kinds of energy drinks and have now become incredibly popular with teens to young adults.

         When I go to Monsters home page I am greeted with a large ad that changes every couple of seconds. I like this technique because it catches my attention quickly and keeps me interested. All of the ads match the background color of the page and don't look out of place. The tabs at the top of the page provides easy navigation and neat organization. If you scroll down the page you will see that all of the content stays in the middle of the page, making it easy for eyes to navigate through the page. Letting the viewer focus their attention on a majority of the content without overwhelming them. A little ways down the home page you can see a "Follow Monster Energy" box on the right with buttons linking to social media sites such as facebook, twitter, youtube, google plus, etc. They also have a pop up on their pictures so that when you hover over them you can link to more social media. All in all  Monster incorporates social media all over their site to try and attract your attention. I wouldn't do anything to change the site, there's nothing wrong with it. I would recommend others to come here because it doesn't just focus on the energy drink, they seem to have a little something for everyone.

S & J Motors Review

         This weeks site that caught my attention is car-biz.com. Car-biz is actually S & J Motors, it is a car dealership located in Merrimack, NH.  They sell used cars for reasonable prices and is where I bought my first car.

          I like how they have the top navigation bar a different color than the main page, it provides contrast and makes it easier to see the differences between the two navigation bars. I also like how their main page is shrunk so that your eyes don't have to search the whole page to find the cars. Another thing I like is how they organized their cars on the main page. They have them neat and organized so that it is easy get a quick look at some of their inventory. I wouldn't change anything about this website, one thing I might consider changing is the two navigation bars. They don't really bother me, but it might be troublesome for someone else. I would encourage others to go here if they live in the area because it is a really great dealership, and their website is pretty good. One thing I would note about them is that you shouldn't assume that the cars on their website is their full inventory. They have so many people that are interested in their cars that they don't have enough time to put their full inventory on their website because the cars sell so fast.

comcast.net review

         For this website review I will be looking at www.comcast.net. Comcast is one of the many sites and or businesses that I have an email account with. I find that their site is very interesting to go to because its not just for email, they have news, home security, voice mail, and much more.

         I feel that this site is good for many reasons, one of them being their home page setup. I like how everything is broken up into different section with boxes. It makes the site very easy to navigate through and keeps the page neat and clutter free. Another good thing about the site is the navigation bar at the top of the page. It makes it easy for the viewer to travel through the website. The scrolling ad box at the top of the page is eye catching and usually gets my attention every time I go their. I think this is a good marketing strategy because when you are looking at the page you are not expecting movement and so when something moves your eyes get drawn to it. I wouldn't do anything to change the webpage, it looks and feels good as it is. I would want others to come here because the site is similar to a one stop shop for everything I'm looking for.

easybib.com review

         For this website review www.easybib.com takes the spotlight. Easybib is a site that offers free MLA auto citations and depending on what you are trying to cite you can choose from a variety of sources.

         The reason why this site is so good for MLA citing is that it has an auto cite that lets you put in the website address or title of a book and it will automatically put in the info in for you. Whats even better is that the site is as simple as you can get. It has only one search bar for the auto cite feature and all the different sources you would need to cite. After using the auto cite feature it lets you know that there are boxes that need to be filled in by telling you in bolded red lettering at the top, as well as the boxes having a red border. The color scheme doesn't clash, creating an easy scene for the eye. I would not change anything about this webpage because why would you fix something that's not broken? Yes I would want others to go here because it is a quick and easy way to cite your sources.

realtree.com review

          For this weeks website review I will be looking at realtree.com. Realtree is mostly known for their camo and is centered around hunting.

         What I like about this website is how they make it simple and break down their site into four categories in the top of the homepage; making it easier to navigate. Also, all of the images on the home page match. When you are looking around you can see that none of the colors clash and create an unpleasant scene to look at, all the images flow smoothly together. The moving ads are pretty cool, and draws your attention to them. I personally wouldn't change anything about this webpage, it feels pretty solid and I enjoy everything that's already on it. Yes I would want others to come and take a look around. The site is mainly focused around hunting and so many of its products are for hunting. Even with this in mind many of their products are still very helpful for people.

battlelog.battlefield.com review

         Today I will be reviewing a website called battlelog.battlefield.com. It is the site where everything from battlefield 3 is located. It has all of your player stats, rank advancements, friends, multiplayer servers and more.

         I feel that this webpage is good for gaming. The homepage has everything you could want from a game. The drop down tabs at the top of the page are easy to look at and navigate through. I also like how the page is split up into distinctive sections; making it easy to tell where everything is. I enjoy the little things as well, like when your mouse goes over a box and it lights up or the different fonts used to make it look aesthetically pleasing. I personally wouldn't change anything about this webpage, it has everything I could possible want at my fingertips. For this webpage it seems silly to say if I would recommend this site to people, seeing as you have to buy the game in order to go here; and even after you have bought the game the only way to play battlefield 3 would be to go through this website.

nhfishandgame.com review

         Today I will be reviewing a site called nhfishandgame.com. It is a place where you can get all the information you need on hunting, fishing, education training on hunting/bowhunting and much more in the state of NH.

         I really enjoy looking around on this site. It is very useful for looking up hunting seasons, getting your HIP license for migratory bird and other licenses such as deer, turkey, etc. I also like the side bar on the left that follows you when you scroll through the page; it makes it convenient to navigate through the website. Whats neat is that you can tell what is really important because the text color is red and your eyes are drawn to it.

         I would not change the layout of this website. One thing I would change is the left side scrolling bar that follows you when you first visit the site. I would make it so that it keeps doing its job all throughout the other webpages instead of staying stationary. Yes I would want others to go on this site. It is a great site for NH outdoors men and is the official site for hunting and fishing in NH.
